Kristin's business, Kristin Jurist Art, is licensed with the Washington State Department of Revenue.

PRICING:
          » The listings for all artwork available directly through Kristin include the price of each painting as well as a shipping/handling fee.  The final total for a sale consists of the sale price for the item, a shipping charge, and a sales tax (if applicable). 
          » Some paintings are available for purchase through galleries that represent Kristin.  Contact information for these galleries is provided with the painting's information.
          » Sales Tax:  Because Kristin's business is licensed with the state of Washington, a destination-based sales tax will apply to all Washington State residents.  This tax rate varies depending on your location in Washington.  If you are not a resident of Washington State, a tax will not apply to the final total of your order.
 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
(Please note that you must be able to provide a valid shipping address in order for a transaction to move forward)
          » PayPal:  All available art can be securely purchased online via PayPal.  If you are interested in making a payment through PayPal, please e-mail Kristin; she will provide you with a final total and a link to a PayPal shopping cart page for the painting(s) that you would like to purchase.
           » Check/Money Order:  If you prefer to pay with a check or money order, please contact Kristin.  She will e-mail/mail you an invoice with the final price, which will include the price of the artwork as well as shipping/handling and tax (if applicable).  Once Kristin receives your check/money order and the payment has cleared, she will ship the package to you.
 

SHIPMENT/PACKAGING:
          » Shipping & Handling Fee:  A shipping and handling fee, which includes the cost of both shipment and packaging, is added on top of the price of each piece of art.  This fee is listed on the individual page of each artwork.  If you use PayPal for your purchase, the fee will be listed as a shipping charge before you check out; if paying with a check/money order, the shipping charge will be listed on the itemized invoice.  The listed shipping charges are for United States orders only; if your order requires an international shipment, please contact Kristin.
            » Packaging:  All paintings are wrapped with non-acidic shrink wrap and cushioned with bubble wrap.  They are then protected by foam board and enclosed in cardboard. 
            » Shipment:  Paintings are shipped via FedEx.  A signature is required upon receipt of the package.  For international shipments, please contact Kristin.  (Note: Kristin no longer uses UPS for her shipping needs.  UPS damaged one of her paintings beyond repair and exhibited a chaotic claims process and unsatisfactory customer service).
            » Tracking:  Once your purchased items have shipped, you will receive a shipment receipt via e-mail that will include a tracking number.
